We are currently recruiting for talented, motivated and ambitious equality, inclusion & community manager to join our growing HR team in based in Rugby.

As an equality, inclusion & community manager, you will develop and manage a business-wide strategic approach to equality, inclusion and community engagement and provide specialist knowledge and direction to ensure there is alignment between our values, our customers’ requirements and delivery. You will be responsible for the development, collation and reporting of relevant KPI’s through the HR system.

Already experienced as an equality, inclusion & community manager, you will have extensive knowledge and experience of the community interaction and inclusion management ensuring this aligns with and supports the people strategy, which itself directly supports the business strategy. You will be flexible and work nationally with Morgan Sindall Construction & Infrastructure which has offices and projects throughout the UK.
