We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious senior design manager to join our growing team in London.
As a senior design manager you will manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress. Yoi will manage the pre-construction design and 2nd stage design process. You will be involved in work winning and sell your ideas to bring in new business. You will recognise the importance the design stage has on the business.
Already experienced as a senior design manager you will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline and you will be a member of an industry recognised professional institute (eg. CIOB). You will have experience on both single stage tenders and 2 stage design and build and you will have a sound knowledge of the construction industry. You may be experienced as a project manager who is looking to continue your as a design manager.
