We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious senior project manager to join our growing team in London.
As a senior project manager, you will successfully deliver the project to customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
You will already be experienced as a senior project manager, you will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline and you will have a chartered membership of a professional institution. You will have an awareness of the issues and processes within the customer service areas and a sound knowledge of the construction industry and you will ideally have experience of successfully delivering large commercial projects in an inner city environment. You will have worked for a top tier main contractor and gained experience in a number of sectors.
Your experience of construction contracts may be broad and you will have a detailed knowledge of design and build contracts. You will be able demonstrate all of the skills of project management including team building, progress monitoring, commercial management, sound technical knowledge and be clear in reporting to stakeholders.
