We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious senior building services manager to join our growing construction midlands team.
As a senior building services manager, you will manage the various mechanical and electrical (M&E) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (CDP) design development, site installation and commissioning, and ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme.
Already experienced as a building services manager, you will be qualified in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines. You will have a full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise. You will have the ability to produce M&E design, installation and commissioning programmes.
