We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction business for an ambitious and talented Marketing Co- Ordinator.

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated marketing professionals. We are looking for someone with a creative flair, willing to bring new ideas to our content creation, whilst having the desire to learn new skills.
Knowledge of the construction industry is not necessary, it’s more important for us that we have someone who can bring new skills to how we create written and visual content that tell our best stories.
Ideally, we would like the candidate to be proficient within the Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Photoshop)
Responsibilities:
The marketing co-ordinator role, reporting to the marketing manager, is one which will enable wider and deeper capturing, curation and dissemination of marketing content to support both the Central & West, and East regions, strategic business plans.
The four key elements of the role will include:
- Evidence journalism | capturing the innovations, stories, data and facts that bring projects to life, saving them on Goldmine and amplifying them externally
- Content curation | from case studies to blogs, awards submissions to white papers, copyrighting will be a key part of creating rich content for our channels and bids
- Communications | supporting the internal and external amplification of our best stories through the intranet, website and eNewsletters along with our PR Agency
- Design and digital | using existing branding to bring together designs across the Adobe Creative Suite including graphics, case studies, images and video
About the Construction East and Central & West teams:
Construction East, and Construction Central & West, are two regions within Morgan Sindall Construction. The East team covers projects across the Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex and Cambridgeshire geographical area. Central & West cover the Midlands, Wales, Thames Valley and the South and South West areas.
The businesses deliver a range of construction projects from refurbishments to new builds across the education, healthcare, defence, leisure, commercial, industrial, blue light and residential sectors.
