We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious quantity surveyor to join our growing team in Manchester.

As a quantity surveyor you will maintain commercial information to the contract and report contract commercial performance to both the customer and Morgan Sindall.  You will be responsible for the financial closure of projects, ensuring all costs and values are allocated in correct systems in accordance with the financial timetable.

Already experienced as a quantity surveyor you will have a HND or degree in quantity surveying and ideally be RICS accredited.  You will be able to evidence experience working within the construction industry.
