Project Manager (London Business Unit)

Location: London
Project Based, with flexibility for occasional remote working

We are looking for an experienced and talented Project Manager to successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion within the London Business unit. This position is project based, with flexibility for occasional remote working.

About the role:

You will be working within our Construction London & Home Counties business, where you will:

Successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion,

Deliver work that meets project requirements,

Work autonomously with self-awareness on when and where to get support

Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the project.

Ideally you will have:

Significant experience in the main contracting market with experience of working on Residential schemes between £10 and £40 million.

Experience of working on 2 stage tenders

What are we looking for?

As an experienced Project Manager, you will have a good understanding of JCT, NEC contracts and government frameworks.  You will be educated to degree, HNC/HND level or be professional qualified in a relevant technical discipline. 

You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors on complex construction projects. You will also have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
