Salary: £27,000- £30,000 + Company Car

Permanent – Full Time

We are looking to recruit a Customer Care Lead to join us at our Boston Office in Lincoln.

About the Role

Joining our team, you’ll be responsible for providing a first-class liaison and administrative support to our Project Team within a busy environment. You’ll liaise with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner, delivering an excellent level of client liaison, whilst ensuring high levels of customer and client satisfaction.

You’ll log any complaints received, swiftly resolving in accordance with our policy and procedures, delivering agreed targets within the service area, whilst keeping manual and electronic records of all enquiries, requests and complaints.

You’ll be required to attend meetings, occasionally providing services outside of the usual working hours as agreed.

About You

With previous experience working in a busy team, with a high-profile client, you’ll have excellent customer service skills and a focus on business improvement.

Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
