Lovell Partnerships Ltd is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the new South Central Regional office in Farnham, Surrey. You will be joining Lovell at an exciting period of growth. Lovell South Central forms part of the London & Southern region, led by Regional Managing Director, Stuart Gibbons.  

The new regional office is being established following a successful bid to become the Joint Venture development partner for West Sussex County Council. Ten sites are already under option with further sites being introduced.

The role will involve developing and delivering a strong marketing strategy to promote the new regional office, attract prospective business and forge long lasting links with the community.

This role is a great opportunity to build upon your existing marketing experience and make an impact in a new office. Ideally, we are looking for an energetic, personable team player who can engage with clients, plan corporate events and kickstart the office fit out. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and who is not afraid to get stuck in. Knowledge of social media marketing, website development, strong networking and event planning skills would be advantageous.

The role also requires the incumbent to assume responsibility for office administrative tasks such as ordering equipment, filing, photocopying, and scanning etc. to ensure the smooth running of the new office. Therefore, your attention to detail, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, should be excellent.

Enhancing the community is one of Lovell’s main commitments and, therefore, this role will require you to co-ordinate and deliver social value activities for the region. You will build relationships with local schools, colleges, universities, charities, and the wider community to ensure that Lovell is meeting its social impact targets. We need someone who is organised, has experience of meeting tight deadlines, and can form positive internal and external relationships.
