We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual who is keen to learn the skills required to be a Finisher, undertaking duties on our new build homes across our East Anglia region.
The Role includes:
- Undertake snagging and works to complete dwellings to a high standard ahead of occupation by our Customers.
- Undertake instruction under the direction of the Contracts Manager and Site Managers to undertake finishing operations on site, working to agreed completion and handover deadlines.
- Liaising with the site manager to order materials as required to undertake making good of defects.
This is a weekly paid contract with 22 days annual leave, 39 hours per week and People’s Pension Scheme.
