Opportunity:
We have a fantastic opportunity within our Energy business for ambitious, driven individuals who are experienced Quantity Surveyors based on our Dinorwig project.
Due to the remote location of this project the successful candidate may be eligible for subsistence assistance subject to meeting the qualifying criteria.
The successful candidate's will be a commercially astute individuals with good negotiation skills, and ideally have previous commercial experience running a circa 20million civils project.
Key Responsibilities:
As one of the main commercial leads on site you will manage and oversee all commercial matters of the project including
- Contract documentation (main contract and subcontract)
- Procurement
- Financial performance, including forecasting, profit / loss, cash flow, etc.
- Risk and Opportunities
- Contract compliance / notices
- Dispute avoidance / resolution
- Meeting / liaison with client / subcontract / supply chain as necessary
- Pricing / support to bid team
