HR Business Partner

Part Time

Location: Based at either Euston or Welwyn Garden City but able to travel to either office on a regular basis as well as sites within the London and Northern Home Counties areas

The successful candidate will be joining the existing team of passionate and dedicated managers.

We are looking for a business partner who has knowledge of working within construction and infrastructure, however this is not a necessity.

We are looking for people who share our passion for the project at hand whilst also being able to work within a fun and hard-working team environment.

 

Responsibilities:

Our HR Business Partners will be

  • Accountable for providing a proactive, solution focussed HR service across our Construction London & Home Counties business.
  • Providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on all employment related matters across the entire employee lifecycle. 

As a strategic partner within the business unit you will operate as a member of the senior management team, building constructive working relationships to help you influence and guide the business unit towards their stated business goals.

You will be CIPD qualified and have a good knowledge of employment law and have an understanding of HR and L and D practices.  Also, you will be willing to undertake further professional development programme.
