Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a Head of Organisational Development who is passionate about shaping organisational capability and driving a culture of continuous learning. You don’t need to have done it all before—we’re a learning business, and we value people who bring expertise but also a growth mindset. If you’re ready to make an impact, collaborate, and help us shape the future, we’d love to hear from you.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in shaping our learning, talent, and workforce strategies, helping to ensure we stay ahead in an evolving industry. This is a role for someone who enjoys influencing, solving problems, and bringing fresh ideas. You’ll need confidence and experience, but just as importantly, the ability to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively across our organisation.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Learning: Shape and implement scalable L&D solutions, embedding modern learning methodologies.
Talent & Workforce Planning: Develop our early careers strategy, embed succession planning, and enhance internal mobility.
Stakeholder Influence: Operate with credibility and impact, partnering with senior leaders to embed lasting change and develop fit for purpose solutions.
Technology & Innovation: Optimise learning platforms and leverage external partnerships to bring cutting-edge development solutions.
Strategic Impact: Implement approaches to governance, performance, and ROI of organisational development initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ CIPD (or equivalent experience) in OD, L&D, or a related field.
✔️ Experience designing and delivering solutions in a matrix or decentralised structure.
✔️ A strong leader who can engage and influence at all levels.
✔️ Commercially savvy with a data-driven approach to learning effectiveness.
✔️ Passionate about innovation, technology, and external partnerships.
