Reporting to the Nuclear Managing Director, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and delivering on our people strategy, leading teams across core People disciplines and partnering with leaders to embed a high-performance, values-led culture. You’ll also be a key member of the divisional People Leadership Team, helping to ensure a connected and consistent approach to people led objectives across the wider business.

What You’ll Do

Lead & Inspire: Direct a team of generalist and specialist professionals, ensuring delivery of best-in-class people support across the full employee lifecycle.
Shape Culture: Champion high performance and inclusive leadership, improving people manager capability at every level.
ER & IR: Lead a modern, progressive approach to employee and industrial relations, with clear governance and trusted relationships.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Use data-driven insights to plan for future workforce capability and resourcing needs.
Change Leadership: Support and guide transformation programmes including restructures and operating model changes.
Policy & Risk: Maintain oversight of people governance, policies and risk to ensure fairness, compliance, and transparency.
Collaborate Widely: Work closely with divisional and project peers to deliver consistent outcomes in a decentralised environment.
