We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious bid manager to join our growing team in Rugby.
As a bid manager you will work as part of the precontract team, to create high quality submission documents that help the business to win work.
You will bring effective, inspirational bid management and leadership to produce winning bids in all sectors.
As an experienced bid manager you will be degree educated (or equivalent). You will be a chartered engineer or similar and you will participate in affiliated bodies (eg. Institution of Civil Engineers). You will also have previous experience of senior level involvement in work winning.
