We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious design manager to join our growing construction project team in Welwyn Garden City.
As a design manager you will manage the design aspects of tenders and projects in progress. You will also be responsible for leading and providing a professional, comprehensive and sustainable design service for the customer and key partners/suppliers through the pre contract, construction and post contract stages of the design process.
As an experienced design manager you will be able to demonstrable ability as stand-alone design manager on 2nd stage design and build projects up to £25m. You will also evidence knowledge of different procurement routes and construction sectors including 2-stage and education.
