We are currently recruiting for talented, motivated and ambitious technical coordinator to join our team based in Cumbria.
As a technical coordinator you will liaise with members of each work stream to ensure that they are monitoring, tracking and recording benefits on a monthly basis. You will consolidate the benefits savings hard and soft captured by each stream into the master benefits realisation tracker and work with estimating/QS team to verify savings calculations and, where appropriate revise estimates.
The role will include generating forecast profiles of future potential savings based on the delivery programme- work with the planning manager and cost manager to ensure that delivery schedules reflect the opportunities to exploit savings in the delivery of future work. In addition you will measure how the tender submission commitments are being met by the wider team- monitor and track the commitments to ensure that each has an associated action plan.
The ideal candidate will be preferably degree or HND qualified and possess a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in cost planning or quantity surveying.
