We wish to appoint a pleasant and efficient Part Time Receptionist of smart appearance to cover our Reception and Switchboard.
A knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential and you should be able to demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
Duties will include:
- Answer the switchboard ensuring that the calls are put through to the appropriate person
- Distribute telephone messages
- Keep an up to date record of staff log book
- Take delivery of incoming post and organise outgoing mail for collection
- Greet visitors at Reception
- Typing of general business correspondence
- Assist with general clerical duties
