We wish to appoint a pleasant and efficient Part Time Receptionist of smart appearance to cover our Reception and Switchboard.

A knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential and you should be able to demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude at all times.

Duties will include:

  • Answer the switchboard ensuring that the calls are put through to the appropriate person
  • Distribute telephone messages
  • Keep an up to date record of staff log book
  • Take delivery of incoming post and organise outgoing mail for collection
  • Greet visitors at Reception
  • Typing of general business correspondence
  • Assist with general clerical duties
