Lovell London Region, based in Elstree, are looking to recruit either an experienced Managing Surveyor, or a senior Quantity Surveyor ready to become a Managing Surveyor, to be responsible for the day to day management of the commercial teams on a portfolio of projects to ensure that the Company’s contractual and financial objectives are achieved.
Applicants should have extensive experience in the new build housing sector working on multiple phased schemes, with experience of all forms of construction, with rc frames a necessity.
You will be based at our modern open plan offices in Elstree but will also be required to work from site as necessary.
