Lovell in London Region are in a period of substantial growth with a number of large scale new build developments about to commence in the Greater London area and as a result we are looking for a number of Site Managers. The positions will be site based and report to the Contracts Manager.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate proven and competent experience of a variety of construction types. Extensive knowledge of high quality internal finishings in both open market and social housing, and working to current NHBC and building regulations. Attention to detail and great site presentation skills are essential.
Minimum H&S, SMSTS, First Aid and black CSCS card essential.
Experienced and competent man manager with good people skills and good communication skills for client/resident liaison.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
- Production and programme
- NHBC - Reportable Items - where applicable (Rls)
- Implementations and maintaining of LIMS and Quality Control
- Cost control and project specific KPIs
- Site set up and presentation and maintaining for contract duration
- Material delivery and control
- Customer and Client Liaison
- Co-ordinate drawings and specifications
- Assist with compliance of contractual obligations
- Effective communication with project team
- Working relationships on site
- Give and receive feedback
- Full Driving Licence
- Managing the onsite labour team including direct employees, agency labour and subcontractors.
