We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious IS manager – service delivery to join our growing central services team in Rugby.
As an IS manager you will build upon IT service management and business relationship management principles. You will act as the voice of the operational business, ensuring they receive fit for purpose and effective IT from group and 3rd parties. You will assess operational performance of end-to-end IT and take responsibility for investigation & continual service improvement activities.
Already experienced as an IS manager – service delivery you will be have an ITIL foundation qualification or equivalent and previous experience as a manager of service delivery. You will be confident in managing a team, using IT systems and be dedicated to delivering an excellent level of customer services.
