We are looking for a hardworking and committed Estimator to ensure that commercial opportunities are
optimised and the company’s position is always suitably protected when providing estimates on bid documentation.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
- Deliver a consistent provision of timely and accurate estimates, pre-acquisition studies, utilising a computerised estimating system.
- Ensure accurate and timely subcontract enquires are used in the formulation of bids, thorough requisition of exclusions/conditions within enquires and resolve all issues prior to adjudication.
- Maintain an updated cost base by regular review of market prices with post contract terms.
- Vetting of all bid documentation.
- Consistently deliver accurate documentation to structured timetables.
- Reporting on assumptions made and any star rates used within estimates.
- To work closely with all internal and external customers to ensure only accurate information is used in the compilation of bids.
- Delivering quality.

- Compliance with the Company’s policies and procedures in respect of Health, Safety, the Environment, LIBMS, I.T. and Human Resources.
