We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious building services manager to join our growing team in Slough. Morgan Sindall has a number of high profile projects which are either on the ground or starting very soon in Slough, so this is an exciting to join the team.
As a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer you will manage the various mechanical and electrical (M&E) related subcontractors through their contractor design portion (COP) design development, site installation and commissioning, and ensure all works are fully coordinated and delivered in accordance with the contract programme.
Already experienced as a working on site in a M&E capacity, you will be qualified in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines. You will have a full understanding of detailed M&E procedures and will have a good level of technical and professional expertise. You will have the ability to produce M&E design, installation and commissioning programmes and you will have a good level of understanding of Breeam.
