We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious managing quantity surveyor to join our growing team in (Location).
As a managing quantity surveyor you will manage and control the commercial aspects of projects.
Already experienced as a managing quantity surveyor you will be educated to BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject and you will preferably be CIOB or RICS accredited. You will have a comprehensive level of commercial experience preferably with a contracting organisation and you will be used to working on own initiative with knowledge of the procurement of sub-contractors and the monthly measurement cycle associated with this.
