Reporting to the Managing Quantity Surveyor, this role will be to ensure the day to day administration of the QS department, and that Lovell's contractual and financial interests are best served. You will be responsible for the day to day financial and cost control and reporting of one or more developments from the award up to and including completion of Client and Sub-Contract final accounts, recovery/discharge of all retentions and completion or archived material.
