Reporting to the Design Manager you will produce house type working drawings and estate layouts.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
- Produce accurate drawings as required, on time.
- Ensure drawings meet building control and planning regulations.
- Liaise with colleagues to ensure designs meet Clients' brief.
- Provide the necesary technical knowledge to ensure designs meet current and future legislation.
- Liaise with other disciplines to ensure the best design solutions.
- Ensure designs meet the development brief.
