We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious resident liaison coordinator to join our Lambeth Town Hall Regeneration project.
As a resident liaison coordinator, you will be the main point of contact between the construction works and local residents, businesses and communities. You will communicate with the local community, produce a project newsletter, keep the project website up to date and assist with the procurement of local labour. You will also organise apprentices, work experience placements and school and college visits. You will organise local events and deliver project presentations.
You will already have experience of working with local communities and communicating with local people, businesses and authorities. You will ideally have a business administration or related qualification and previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills and have some knowledge of construction.
This role is a fixed term contract for the duration of the project, which is approximately 24 months.
