We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Community Relations Manager to join our growing tunnelling team in London

As the Community Relations Manager, you will manage all community relations activities for the work sites within the West section of the Thames Tideway Tunnel including:

  • Be the first line of response to resolve issues of concern. Managing the procedure for receiving, investigating and responding to complaints.
  • Engage with the community to provide appropriate, timely information. 
  • Facilitate all enquiry and complaint resolution in a prompt and professional manner.  
  • Liaise with Tideway on community liaison and community investment activities.
  • Register all work sites with the Considerate Constructors Scheme and manage as appropriate ensuring alignment to local authorities Section 106 requirements.
  • Arrange the production and delivery of letters and project information sheets, advance notice of works to residents and local businesses.
  • Support the delivery of the work site specific community liaison working groups.

Already experienced as a Community Relations Manager, you will have experience of working on large building/civil engineering infrastructure projects. And possess excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills.
