We are currently recruiting for talented, motivated and ambitious quality lead to join our infrastructure strategic alliance team based in Whitehaven, Cumbria.

As a quality lead, you will be responsible for working within ISA operational teams in achieving delivery of both the lifetime plan and the strategic objectives. This will be achieved by providing quality oversight assurance and training to ISA operational units.

You will ensure that lifetime records demonstrate compliance with specified requirements and those are produced in a timely manner. We expect the quality lead to be the focal point for quality control inspection activities in accordance with collaborative management plan and working with operational leads to ensure adequate arrangements are in place.

Already experienced as a quality lead, you will ensure a risk based approach to project quality by agreeing quality grading and liaising with the customers inspection and certification group. You will help develop and review inspection test plans and producing learning from experience documentation as applicable. 

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior quality role and hold chartered membership with institute of quality assurance (MCQI). Candidates must be willing to work towards IRCA lead auditor qualification.
