We are recruiting for a Field Sales Manager to cover the Midlands area working out of the Woodgate Office, Halesowen, Birmingham.
The successful applicant will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and will be required to manage our West Midlands team of Sales Advisors. You will be responsible for building and motivating a team of enthusiastic and professional sales people whilst providing an exceptional standard of management support. You will oversee and be responsible for setting up new developments, recruiting and training staff ensuring that your teams’ progress leads and sales to meet budgets. You will also be responsible for developing a specific marketing and sales strategy for ‘Coming Soon’ and Live developments within your area, working with our Marketing Coordinator and Regional Sales Manager. The role will involve working with the Regional Sales Manager to research new land opportunities to expand the area’s plot stock levels.
You will be experienced in new home sales management; overseeing sales budgets for the developments and capable of delivering market appraisals. You will be capable of working on your own initiative ensuring the delivery of an excellent level of customer service and product presentation required by the Company’s Best in Class strategy and Service Delivery.
