We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious senior site engineer to join our growing team in Slough.
You will be initially working on our successful Slough Schools scheme. We are currently extending and refurbishing three schools in the area with a value of £5 million each. The extensions are a traditional steel frame, brick and build design. Each of the projects is a year long with work winning for more projects going on.
As a senior site engineer, you will ensure that at ground level a project is undertaken in accordance with the customer’s requirements for level and dimension. You will be working to ensure that the job is being run both compliantly and smoothly, working closely with both colleagues and sub-contractors.
Already experienced as a senior engineer, you will have a HNC/HND in building studies (or equivalent). You will have excellent organisational, planning and time management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising on standards and quality. You will also have the ability to deliver major projects and possess the organisational skills required to demanding deadlines. Also as part of Morgan Sindall’s commitment to developing new talent we are looking for experience in developing and training Assistant/Apprentice Site Engineers.
