We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious project manager to join our growing team construction team in Leeds.

Our Construction North business is currently in the tender stage for two high profile higher education projects within the Yorkshire area. The value of these scheme are in excess of £50 million with both projects being high end, design and build contracts to build unique and bespoke facilities.  We are looking for someone to come in at this tender stage and follow the project through to completion.

Already experienced as a project manager and having worked on similar higher education or commercial office space schemes, you will have the knowledge to see the project from office to site. You will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline.  You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors within a traditional construction project and you will have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
