We are looking for two enthusiastic and committed Management Trainees to join our Midlands region, based initially at the Halesowen office.
The successful applicants will gain a wide range of experience across the business and the construction industry before specialising in a chosen career. The programme lasts two years and participants have a series of placements in departments such as operations, commercial, sales and technical.
The HNC* in Construction is completed as part of the programme. It can lead directly to a number of fulfilling careers, or can be used as a step towards a range of further academic development options that lead to a career in the construction professions.
* The HNC qualification is paid 50% by Lovell and 50% by the employee.
The following attributes are essential:
Two A levels at Grade A* to C, not including General Studies
- Mathematics, English and Science GCSE Grade A* to C
- Good references from an employer, school or college
- You live within 50 miles of the regional office
The following attributes are an advantage:
- Full driving licence
- Additional A levels Grade A* to C, not including General Studies
- Higher or Advanced Level Construction & Built Environment Diploma at Grade A* to C
