SITE MANAGER
We wish to appoint a hardworking and committed Site Manager to carry out appropriate site management tasks as delegated by the Project/Contract Manager.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude towards achieving successful outcomes in the following areas:
- Build Programme / timescales agreed
- Site presentation
- Material delivery, control and protection
- Co-ordinate drawings and specifications
- Compliance with Lovell Integrated Management System (LIMS)
- Effective communication with project team
- Achievement of the Service Delivery cornerstones
- Delivery of agreed project specific KPIs
- Quality control
- NHBC – Reportable Items
- Health, Safety and Environmental Issues
- Cost/budget control
- Deputise for site manager in their absence
- Assist in the management of sub-contractors
- Client/purchaser satisfaction
