We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious purchase ledger clerk to join our central finance team based in Rugby.

As a purchase ledger clerk you will support the supervisors and accounts payable manager to ensure the smooth operation of an effective accounts payable function to the business.

As a purchase ledger clerk you will process paper e-invoices and credits onto the COINS accounting system and you will arrange approval for payments.  You will also be required to deal with telephone and email queries from suppliers and subcontractors and the wider business.

You will have a sound educational background, educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent).  Ideally you will have previous experience of accounts payable work, processing a high volume of invoices, processing against purchase orders and costing invoices against difference cost centres or you will have the drive and determination to succeed and progress within a finance role and a fast paced ambitious company.
