The Midlands region has a vacancy for up to 3 Site Management Trainees which will involve assisting the Assistant Site Manager and the Site Manager in carrying out their day to day duties.
It is envisaged that you will follow a structured training programme (SMDP), ultimately leading to a NVQ Level 6 in Site Management.
The successful candidate(s) will be self-confident, with good communication skills and strong customer focus.
You should be able to work under pressure, ultimately being able to work in an autonomous and logical way.
A valid driving licence and vehicle is essential.
