We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious HR advisor to join our growing construction midlands team based in Solihull.

As HR advisor you will establish position as the first point of contact for HR enquiries and provide timely and effective administrative & advisory support to the HR business partner and all business unit employees. You will support the provision of a ‘hands on' and comprehensive HR service, managing the consistent implementation of employee relations and development incorporating employee retention, disciplinary and grievance matters, redundancy, and tribunal claims to ensure the effective delivery of HR within the business.

You will be either CIPD qualified or working towards this qualification or equivalent. You will have knowledge of employment law and best practise together with knowledge and understanding of how this is practically delivered. You will also have a good knowledge of internal HR procedures and ability to deliver them.
