Location: Midlands with national travel

We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious senior operations manager to join our growing utility services team in the midlands.

As a senior operations manager you will successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards delivering a sustainable business.

Already experienced as a senior operations manager, you will have extensive knowledge of managing HSEQ in a regulated utility environment with demonstrable personal leadership and you will have experience of working across OHL, Substation and cabling projects up to 400kV.

You will have a proven track record running national grid contracts throughout the UK and you will have will a strong background within civil engineering.
