Caretaker 

Location: Stratford upon Avon

Opportunity: 

We have a fantastic opportunity within our Construction & Infrastructure business for a Caretaker in our Stratford office. 

We are looking for a Caretaker who has previous experience in a similar environment, able to make minor repairs and service small equipment, and have the ability to assist with office moves where needed. 

Responsibilities: 

As a Caretaker you will:

  • support and maintain the safe and secure running of Morgan Sindall office
  • support office staff with opening up or shut down
  • location of maintenance areas
  • cleaning operations and any other reasonable requests 

Already experienced as a Caretaker you will have experience of office systems and procedures and of following health and safety regulations. The working hours for this role will be 22.5 hours per week, split over 3 days to be Wednesday, Thursday & Friday, working hours to be discussed but the ideal candidate will be available and flexible to work between 8am to 4pm with cover of 6.00am to 2.30pm office opening shift when required and to cover holiday.
