Location: Inverness Office/Site Based

We are currently recruiting for a motivated and ambitious civil engineering focussed quantity surveyor to join our growing construction Scotland team to be based out of Inverness/Site Office with an element of travel to our Trilogy Office near Motherwell when required.

As a quantity surveyor you will maintain commercial information to the contract, satisfying the needs of both the customer and Morgan Sindall in terms of reporting contract commercial performance.

Already experienced as a quantity surveyor, you will have a HND or Degree in quantity surveying (or other commercially related discipline) and you will be RICS accredited.  You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of monthly reporting and you will have an understanding of period cost reporting and comparison with budgets/forecasts.
