We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious assistant quantity surveyor to join our growing team in Fareham.

As an assistant quantity surveyor, you will assist the project surveyor to carry out quantity surveying duties in conjunction with other team members and provide effective financial and contractual control on all contracts allocated.

Already experienced as an assistant quantity surveyor you will be educated to BSc or HND (or equivalent) in Quantity Surveying or other equivalent commercially related subject and ideally you will be CIOB or RICS accredited.  You will have awareness and experience of construction methods, technology, standard forms of measurement and forms of contract, and health and safety requirements and you will understand and follow laid down procedures for example standing orders and financial regulations.
