Job Title: Scheduler - (Fixed Term up to 1 year)

Salary: £15,000

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the newly created service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About The Role

The purpose of this role is to deliver a first class customer care service to our clients. By co-ordinating activities including defect management and constant communication via all mediums. Delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for effectively scheduling various repairs to domestic properties across the Dumfries & Galloway area. You will require knowledge of scheduling systems and the operating areas. A knowledge of maintenance repairs and schedule of rates would be an added advantage.

Hours of work are 37.5hrs per week between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30 pm on Friday, this will include one late shift 10.30am to 7.00pm per week.

 

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in a fast paced customer service environment, particularly within the property services or similar related industry, You will have experience delivering and maintaining the service delivery and KPI reporting required.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all members of the customer service team. You will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with the client, employer’s representatives and all key stakeholders.

You may have experience of the following: The Customer Experience, KPI Reporting, Customer Expectations, Feel Good Factor and Customer Service.
