We are currently seeking to appoint two Build Managers to supplement our existing New Build operations team within the Midlands area.
The successful applicants will report directly to the Operations Manager and will assume overall responsibility for a number of New Build developments within our area of operations.
The role requires the development of positive working relationships with both internal/external customers / Clients, with strong emphasis placed on ensuring that Service Delivery, “Best in Class” and Client satisfaction against project specific KPI’s is achieved.
You will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing quality, budgets, people and all targets set. A sound working knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC Standards; Health, Safety and Environmental legislation is essential. Experience of managing design and build, open market and mixed tenure developments is considered essential.
We are looking for an assertive and confident individual who is able to demonstrate strong inter-personal and team playing skills within the workplace. Sound management and communication skills are also a prerequisite.
A relevant Degree or Professional Qualification e.g. MCIOB is desirable.
