We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and ambitious project manager to join our growing team in Aberdeen. Having recently secured a place on the Aberdeen-shire education framework as well as tendering other opportunities in the North of Scotland, we are now building up capability in order for us to realize the opportunities we have ahead. The value of these opportunities is around £120 million over three years.
For this role as a project manager, you will successfully manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards.
As an experienced project manager, you will have worked on educational Design & Build projects ideally having worked for a main contractor. Also having experience of working on tenders will be of benefit. You will be educated to degree or HNC/HND level in a relevant technical discipline. You will have proven experience of working with and managing contractors within a traditional construction project and you will have a good understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance.
