We are currently recruiting for a talented, motivated and a ambitious senior site manager to join our growing team in Aberdeen and central Scotland. Having recently secured a place on the Aberdeen-shire education framework as well as tendering other opportunities in the North of Scotland, we are now building up capability in order for us to realize the opportunities we have ahead. The value of these opportunities is around £120 million over three years.
As a senior site manager you will coordinate and manage the activities of all site personnel and ensure adherence to all policies and procedures. Lead and motivate the team and liaise effectively with customers.
Already an experienced senior site manager (or experienced site managers) you will be able to demonstrable experience of working on a range of project types. This role is ideal if you are looking to progress to project management in the next couple of years. You will also have a minimum of HNC/HND in Construction or equivalent. You will have substantial relevant senior site manager experience and sound knowledge of health and safety legislation.
