Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25, home counties and further afield in Hampshire. The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.
We are looking for a competent Pre-Construction Manager. Ideally you will have previous experience in a similar role with a sound understanding of build methods and relevant technical knowledge. You will have an solid understanding and experience of pre-commencement planning conditions and be proactive in clearing these at an early stage.
It goes without saying that you will need to be an excellent communciator, both written and verbal, and your knowledge of build types ranging from RC frame, traditional build and timber frame. You will need to demonstrate your track record within the construction industry with a solid work history, and be able to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in site methodology, programme build durations and understand planning conditions and requirements.
