Lovell London Region is operational in the London area, around the M25, home counties and further afield in Hampshire.  The business is focused upon the construction of new build private sale and affordable housing and we are currently in the midst of substantial growth.

We are looking for a Site Administrator / Document Controller to join the growing site based team at our Trinity Walk development, which is part of the £350m Trinity Woolwich regeneration project in the Royal Borough of Greenwich.  You will support the Project Manager and his team by providing an efficient administrative service to ensure the smooth and effective running of the site office.

Ideally, you will be from a construction industry background in a similar role, and it is essential that you have document control experience.

Educated to GCSE / O Level or equivalent, your IT skills will be a minimum standard of intermediate in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook.  A confident and outgoing disposition would serve you well in this role and the ability to work on your own and part of a team are paramount.  You will need to show initiative and be pro-active.
