Role: Team Leader (Reactive Supervisor)
Location: Swansea, Wales
Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the newly created service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our team working on a contract in Swansea. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be the First point of contact on a daily basis for all direct employed engineers, sub-contractors and Client.
Influence profitability and basic budget management, S,H&E management, contract compliance and help maintain excellent customer relationships.
About You
You should be a customer focused individual who holds, as a minimum, an IOSH or SMSTS certificate, be a CSCS Card holder, Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling and Working at Heights. Ideally you should also have a first aid and scaffolding inspection certificate.
The ideal candidate will pocess good IT and organisation skills.
You must also have the ability & experience of managing a medium sized work force and sub-contractors, in the social housing R&M sector
Hours of work: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
