Vacancy: Electrician (Lead Service Engineer)

Salary: £28,000 to £36,000 dependant on experience, plus generous benefits

Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About the Role

We are about to commence an exciting new project in Hackney and are looking to recruit fully qualified Electricians and Electrical testers to work on a wide range of tasks.

We are offering permanent positions with a company that actively seeks to develop staff and promote from within.

You will be carrying out routine day to day repairs, emergencies and caring out electrical tests to identify faults. You should help us to achieve a high level of first time fix carrying out quality repairs and delivering excellent customer service.

The position includes a company van, fuel card, power tools, test kits, uniform and PDA all training is provided to help you do the job to the best of your ability.

 

About You

You should be a customer focused individual, experienced in working in occupied properties with a passion for completing a high quality repair on time and at the first visit.

We are looking for people who can:

 

  • Deliver a consistent, right first time approach
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Work well within a team, positively supporting colleagues
  • Demonstrate a good degree of technical knowledge and experience

As a minimum you should have: 17th Edition, NVQ Level 3, 2391 or 2394/95

Although not essential having the following qualifications would be advantageous: Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, PASMA, IPAF
