Job Title: Project Office Coordinator

Salary: £ 23,000 - £ 28,000 (Dependant on experience)

Based: Sheffield, South Yorkshire

Morgan Sindall Property Services is the service division of the £2 billion Morgan Sindall Group. We work with a wide variety of public and private sector clients and specialise in the full range of facility management and responsive repair and maintenance activity. Our main areas of expertise include: building management systems, day-to-day responsive repairs, facilities management, void property refurbishments, insurance activity, programmed maintenance, and electrical and gas installations, servicing and repairs.

 

About The Role

You will provide central coordination for portfolio and resource capacity management, producing high quality, timely and accurate management information to support project implementation and delivery. In addition, you will be expected to work closely with the technical Project Management team to facilitate, monitor and promote continuous improvement of PM practices, enhancing and maintaining good quality project delivery. You will also engage with all areas of the business to implement change and new technology, ensuring that programmes are planned and implemented effectively and realistically.

 

About You

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and deliver effective interaction with all members of the team. Additionally you will have the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with the client and all key stakeholders.

Excellent planning, prioritisation and organisation skills are crucial for this role as well as possessing a strong attention to detail.

High competency is expected in MS Word, MS Excel, Windows, MS Powerpoint and MS Access. Experience preferred in MS Project, MS Visio and SharePoint.
